Company: A-Line Staffing Solutions Location: Jeffersonville/Charlestown, IN area (Onsite) Job Type: W2 Contract (Temporary) — Potential to convert to FTE Openings: 5 Pay: $18.95/hr + $1.00/hr shift differential Schedule (2nd Shift): Monday: 1:00 PM – 11:30 PM Tuesday–Friday: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM Saturday: 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM 40 hours/week Job Summary A-Line Staffing Solutions is hiring a Pharmacy Technician for a fast-paced onsite pharmacy/fulfillment environment. You’ll assist licensed pharmacists by preparing and labeling medications, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring work is completed safely, accurately, and in compliance with regulations. What You’ll Do Prepare, measure, count, package, and label prescription medications for dispensing Replenish medications in automated cells (opening large quantities of bottles/cases) Maintain a clean, organized, quality-focused work area Support inventory processes including stock rotation to prevent expiration Follow pharmacy regulations and maintain HIPAA confidentiality Work as part of a team and stay accountable to productivity and quality expectations Must-Have Requirements (Non-Negotiable) Active Indiana Pharmacy Technician license OR active national pharmacy technician license High School Diploma or GED Previous pharmacy experience Lives within a reasonable driving distance of Jeffersonville, IN (onsite role) Strong soft skills (should be clear on resume): Attention to detail Quality-focused Stays on task Accountability Teamwork Physical Requirements Stand/walk for the entire shift Lift/carry 20–30 lbs short distances consistently; 15 lbs on an extended basis Basic math/reading/writing skills Benefits Benefits available to full-time employees after 90 days 401(k) with company match after 1 year
