As a Front Pharmacy Technician, you’ll be responsible for answering incoming calls and completing outbound calls to / from patients, physicians and pharmacists while ensuring a high level of customer service and maximized productivity. This role is equally challenging and rewarding. You’ll need to work within multiple computer systems simultaneously as you respond to questions or provide specific medication details / clinical information. It’s a fast paced, high volume environment where our members are counting on us to deliver these important, sometimes life - saving medications in an accurate and efficient manner.
Position Location: 1830 S Horne Mesa, AZ 85204
Position Schedule: Monday through Friday with 8-10 hour shifts between the hours of 6am-6pm with the potential of working weekends. Schedule will equate to 40 hours per week. Potential overtime may be needed during peak season
Primary Responsibilities
Enter prescriptions and verify appropriate and accurate information
Contact patients, pharmacists and doctor's offices to resolve claims issues
Process prescriptions (from intake to order completion)
Resolve customer issues; ensuring accurate information is provided

Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma / GED (or higher) OR 4+ years of pharmacy experience
Active Pharmacy Technician license in the state of Arizona or ability to obtain prior to date of hire
Intermediate level of proficiency with computer and Windows PC applications including Microsoft Office with the ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system applications
Ability to work in a dual monitor environment
Ability to work in office at 1830 S Horne Mesa, AZ 85204
Ability to work Monday through Friday with 8-10 hour shifts between the hours of 6am-6pm with the potential of working weekends
Preferred Qualifications:
Live within a 25-30mile radius of our Mesa location
6+ months of pharmacy / prescription data entry experience
Soft Skills:
Must be able to multitask efficiently
