The Pharmacy Billing Team is recruiting for a billing technician. This remote role will ensure charging integrity for patients via management of Epic work queues and audits. This is an excellent opportunity for detail oriented individuals that want to learn the ‘behind the scenes’ of medical coding and Epic functionalities to ensure patients are billed accurately and the health-system maintain financial viability. This provides a different dimension to the patient care continuum – what the patient experiences in their healthcare journey. Individuals with pharmacy operational experience will gain insight on the downstream impact of workflows on billing.
