The Clinical Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) role for the medication management inpatient position at the Captain James Lovell Federal Health Care Center includes interacting with patients and health care providers to collect data about medication use, providing supplemental patient education, conducting medication history reconciliation and medication monitoring with pharmacist oversight, and documenting activities in the electronic medical record.
