DescriptionThe Home Care Pharmacy serves approximately 1400 patients that need enteral therapy. We're looking for someone familar with the work: pumps, bags, g tubes, etc. This Tech will handle orders and communicate with providers.Hours are Monday-Friday 8:30AM-5PM, no weekends or holidays.SUBFUNCTION DEFINITION: A technician who assists the pharmacist in certain activities such as dispensing enteral formula and supplies, medication profile reviews for drug incompatibilities, typing of prescription labels, prescription packaging, handling of purchase records, and inventory control, and may, where state law and hospital policy permit, dispense drugs to patients under the supervision of a registered pharmacist.REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES
