Pharmacy Technician - Prior Authorization
Job DescriptionCVS is going through enormous growth and we are looking to add to our Case Review Unit Team! The main responsibility of this unit is to handle incoming calls from pharmacies and prescribers to assist in the prior authorization process. This team focuses solely on specialty medication and is responsible for prompt and accurate call resolution to ensure that all necessary prior authorization documentation is completed. Successful processing of prior authorizations within this team allows for members who require specialty medication to receive their live saving medication in a prompt and efficient manner.
