Job Description*This position will provide virtual training and a temporary work from home option due to COVID-19. The role is based in Rhode Island.Exciting customer relations position available supporting CVS retail stores. Responsibilities include responding to customer calls made to our 1-800-SHOP-CVS line in a manner that is reflective of the company's purpose, strategy, and values.
