The Phoenix VA Healthcare Network is recruiting for a Pharmacy Technician (Outpatient) to perform duties under the supervision of a pharmacist at the Phoenix VA Outpatient pharmacy. The Outpatient Technician perform routine pharmacy functions including receiving prescriptions from patients in writing or electronically from physicians. S/he prepare prescriptions by counting, pouring, weighing, measuring, and mixing the medication if necessary and prepares medications for outpatients.
