Overview Are you interested in pharmacy operations and looking for a new challenge in 2021? Do you have experience in either a formal or informal leadership position? Provide day-to-day operational leadership to the pharmacy technician team while partnering with the entire pharmacy leadership team to successfully meet the needs and performance standards of internal and external Fairview partners. Examples include: Ensuring appropriate patient care is provided to all customers, deriving new business, implementing and maintaining safety standards. Human Resource responsibilities such as hiring and orientation, performance management, training and development, continuing education activities, scheduling and workload distribution. Participating in process improvement activities, providing suggestions, solutions and analyzing new opportunities. Maintaining and monitoring the productivity level of the staff to maximize efficiency, assure adequate staffing levels, and control costs. Acting as an escalation point and key resource, mentoring and troubleshooting to ensure high levels of service are provided to internal and external customers. Required: Two years of previous pharmacy technician experience and be registered or to become registered with the MinnesotaBoard of Pharmacy.
