You Will Be Responsible For:

• Actively performs all pharmacy functions and maintains active proficiency
• Maintains operational proficiency to provide coverage
• Oversees appropriate utilization of medication automation, technology, and computer systems Accurately oversees the management of medication inventories and the preparation and dispensing of patientâspecific medication doses
• Completes critical medication order scrutiny, drug profile review, and patient monitoring to identify, prevent, or mitigate medication-related problems

• High School Degree
• One year of Contemporary hospital pharmacy experience
• Registered Pharmacy Technician in their respective state

Responsible for developing and providing clinical pharmacy services directly to patients.
